I would ask a coin dealer, unless you want to spend time researching the grades, ages, etc. A dealer can give you an idea, although he or she won’t give you the full value. Another is to hook up with a collector that may be willing to help.
Look in the value of each one you have and then sell them as a set or individually….try not to get taken, some people will trick you out of a lot of money because you don’t know about it.
You will need to get an appraisal. A numinist (I think that’s spelled right?) does that. Contact 800-897-9817 a dealer in coin and bullion who can direct you. Get more than one appraisal and go with the best one. Gold and silver are sky high now, so you should get a good price.
The best way to do this is have the coins assessed by a reputable coin dealer in your town. To find a good one look for a coin club in your yellow pages. Or look in a coin magazine at the newsstand called “Coins” or google “coin club/your town”. You can probably sell the coins to the dealer if they are good quality.
Do NOT clean them with anything to try and improve quality. This will ruin the coin. If you have gold or silver coins now is the best time to sell it. Prices for these are at record highs.

The best way is to find a reputable dealer in your area.
But you can get a better price for the more valuable coins by selling them on ebay, even though it will be a little more work.
You can look at approximate values at the following web sites:
