1997 Avalon one ounce.999 silver, where does it come from?

For Christmas I got a coin that I know nothing about. On the head’s side it says “One ounce .999 silver” and “Avalon” with the picture of a lion’s head. On the reverse it says “In Freedom’s Name” and “Luminosus Vitaae” and there’s a picture of 2 pillars with a sword inbetween. I’ve searched for this coin online and found nothing about it. Does anyone know where it’s minted from, or where I can find any others like it?

On average how much could I sell a gold class ring without knowing the karat from 1994 that cost $340 then?

Actually it says 10K. It also says something like 1GB. Whatever that means.
